HiTen Buildings is a consortium of independent shed builders and shed resellers (non franchise).  Members use HiTen’s cutting-edge technology to design and order cold formed steel building packages with their preferred suppliers.

HiTen’s revenues are derived by a small transaction fee charged to participating suppliers. We do not mark-up the shed materials or supplier fees.

  • Customised Price Files – HiTen member can add supplier products, foundation costs, installation costs and others to our shed design program to build a customised price file that works for you.
  • BOM Editing – You can view and edit your Bill of Materials at the quote stage or at the order stage.
  • Print Construction Package – You can print the construction drawings at the quote stage for customer sign off.
  • Automated Engineering – Don’t wait for stamped engineering drawings. Instantly access stamped engineering documents at your convenience.
  • Custom Engineering – HiTen provides design engineering for all states and territories. The HiTen team is made up of independent cold formed steel specialist that can handle the most complex, and custom steel designs.
  • Cloud Engineering – Our design program allows you design, quote, sell and order manage shed projects from anywhere there is an Internet connection.
  • Online Shed Designer –  HiTen members get the online shed Designer on their website, reducing the time necessary to generate a quotation by up to 90%.
